We are delighted that you are considering staying at one of our properties on a short-term basis. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our residents and to maintain our high standards, please find below our rules for renting our domes:

How to reserve

Rates and payment :

May to November :
250 / night weekdays
299 / night on weekends

June, September and October :
250 / night weekdays

340 / night on weekends

July and August :
375 / anytime

(minimum 2 nights)

Terms of payment

In order to validate your reservation, the total amount of the booking will be debited from your credit card.

Accepted payment methods :
Visa / MasterCard

Pet deposit :
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Housekeeping deposit :
An additional $100 will be required for cleaning.

Minimum length of stay

  • Minimum weekday stay: 1 night
  • Minimum weekend stay :
    2 nights (weekend = Friday and Saturday)

For longer stays, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Cancellation policy

FULL REFUND:
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the customer will receive a full refund of the total amount paid.

NO REFUNDS:
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.

Capacity

  • The maximum number of occupants is limited to 4 per dome. This includes adults and children. Day guests must be approved in advance.
  • However, children under 3 are not included in the calculation and can sleep in a cot.
  • A cot can be provided on request (charges apply).
  • Each dome is equipped with 2 queen-size beds
  • A $50 fee will be charged if a dog is present.

Check-in and check-out

  • Arrival time from 4pm onwards
  • Departure time is before 11am.
  • Earlier arrival or late departure can be arranged on request and subject to availability. (Charges apply)
  • Delivery of keys: The keys will be inside a box hung on the balcony railing. The code will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

Noise policy

  • Respect for neighbors is paramount. Excessive noise is strictly forbidden after 10pm to preserve the peace and quiet of the community.
  • No parties are allowed on site.

Prohibitions and restrictions

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our domes. Designated outdoor areas are available for smokers.
  • Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval from management.

Pets

  • All our accommodations are pet-friendly (additional charges apply).
  • Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Regulations for pets

  • A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per stay.
  • Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or furniture.
  • Please use the designated outdoor areas for your dog's needs.
  • Owners must immediately pick up their dog's droppings, put them in suitable bags and dispose of them in the respective garbage cans.
  • Dogs must not be left alone inside the dome or on the property, unless a crate or secure area is provided.
  • Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive towards people or other animals.
  • Excessive barking or destructive behavior may result in cancellation of the stay.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog, including to furniture, floors or other equipment.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the spa and sauna.
  • If you're sharing the space with other tenants, make sure your dog doesn't interfere with their stay.

Guest behavior

We appreciate your choice to stay with us and expect our guests to maintain respectful and responsible behavior throughout their stay. Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions, including eviction without refund. We aim to offer all our guests a pleasant, enjoyable and safe experience.

Maintenance

  • Tenants are required to maintain the property in good condition and to report any problems to our team as soon as they arise.
  • Any damage, breakage or loss must be reported immediately.
  • Housekeeping is taken care of by Kassiiva management at the end of your stay at a cost of $100.
  • However, we ask that you complete these tasks before leaving the premises:
  • Please wash your dishes and put them away.
  • Collect your garbage and place it in the appropriate garbage cans.

Spa

BEFORE EVERY USE: please shower to remove chemicals, oils and body dirt.

AFTER EACH USE: please put a sachet of powder in the spa. The box is located on the terrace ramp near the spa.

*Failure to do so will automatically result in additional charges.

How to use :

To report problems or breakdowns, contact our management team by telephone or e-mail, providing a precise description of the problem. We'll respond quickly to resolve any problems and ensure your comfort during your stay.

Our spa is at your disposal, but it is important to follow these rules:
Age limit:
Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision.

  • Before each use, please shower to remove chemicals, oils and body dirt.
  • Always close the canopy and secure the fasteners to keep the heat in and the area safe.
  • Close jets after use
  • Don't bring any food, and use plastic cups if you want to bring a beverage.
  • Do not set the temperature higher than 104 degrees

Outdoor propane fireplace

  • Please do not leave anything near the fireplace while it is in use.
  • Instructions for lighting the fireplace can be found in the welcome booklet in your dome.
  • Each heater is equipped with a timer that limits the operating time to a maximum of 30 minutes. You can restart the timer as required. This feature is designed to prevent any risk of fire due to prolonged use.
  • It is strictly forbidden to move the fireplace due to the danger of fire.

Outdoor wood fireplace

To ensure everyone's safety, please observe the following rules:

  1. For hobby and light cooking only.
  2. Use of wood and paper only. NO other material may be burned in the fireplace.
  3. Constant monitoring until complete extinction.
  4. Avoid use in windy conditions.
  5. Turn off with water after use.
  6. Comply with local regulations.

 

Security

Fire extinguishers are located inside the cabinet on the left. Smoke detectors are installed in each dome. In the event of fire, get out quickly and head for the main building.

Release of Liability for Damage or Loss

By agreeing to stay in our facilities, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this disclaimer. Dômes nordik 4 saisons inc. assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, injury or any other incident occurring during the stay. The customer is required to purchase travel insurance to cover any damage to or loss of personal property. Any violation of the rules set out in the property's internal regulations may result in immediate termination of the rental, with no right to a refund.

The customer declares to understand and accept this disclaimer before occupying the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our management team.
