- The spa is available for exclusive use by registered occupants of the property.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the spa.
- The spa is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Please respect these times to avoid any disturbance to other residents or neighbors.
- Use of the spa is at the user's own risk. The owner is not responsible for any accident, injury or loss arising from the use of the spa.
- Be sure to follow all safety instructions provided for spa use.
- Before each use, please shower to remove chemicals, oils and body dirt. (Failure to do so will automatically result in additional charges).
- Users are responsible for keeping the spa clean and hygienic.
- Do not use the spa with cosmetics, oils or any other product that could damage the spa.
- Please respect the quiet and avoid excessive noise around the spa, especially in the evening and early morning.
- An additional $50 cleaning fee may be charged if the spa requires special cleaning after use.
